Advises on market entry and international taxation, regulatory matters.
Experienced in due diligence, supporting with tax litigation and representing clients before tax authorities and Tax Tribunals (including Vodafone-II TP case).
Co-author of Bloomsbury’s Desk Referencer for Professional.
Regular contributor to professional journals and media.
Speaker at trade bodies, law schools, ICAI, and embassies.
Special invitee in International Taxation Committee of Indian Chartered Accountant Institute (Northern Regional Council) for the year 2025-26.

Sahil Malhotra

Sahil has over 14 year’s of experience in Transfer Pricing; out of which over 10 years with Deloitte.
He has handled various complex Transfer Pricing planning, documentation and dispute resolutions (including MAP, APA)
He has worked with several fortune 500 clients across industry and some large MNE.
Sahil is also supporting many entities with UAE Transfer Pricing compliance

Amit Raj Arora

Amit is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience. He has worked with Deloitte Business Tax, in the past.
Amit is well versed with Indian accounting and tax compliance matters and has supported compliance requirements of Multinationals and their subsidiary in India.
He extensively supports multi-nationals with Audit and Financial Due Diligence Health Checks.

Dipesh Makhijani

Dipesh is a Chartered Accountant with 10 year + experience. He has co-authored Bloomsbury – Desk Referencer for Professional.
He has obtained certifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India on Goods and Service Tax (Indian VAT), Information System Audit and Public Finance.
He handles book-keeping and routine payroll compliances, GST and Withholding Tax Compliance.

Smriti Chanana

Smriti is a Chartered Accountant and has over 14 years of domain expertise, Transfer Pricing and Valuation.
She has previously worked with Amazon, GE, Deloitte and PwC. With her experience, she understand consulting as well as industry perspective.
Among various complex projects, she has worked on business as well as intangible valuations for company restructuring transactions.
